DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD!!!! Prior to signing the contract, I asked Garrett Gauthier, Senior Accountant Executive from TopMark Funding, on the clarification on the possibility of paying off my loan without incurring the interest for the entire term. At that time, he assured us that this option was available. I signed the contract based on the assurance that we could pay off the principal similar to a car loan. Now to my surprise there’s a different loan structure. Now I’m stuck with an EFA loan, which is what I did not want. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!
